Five generations of hospitality
B&B Lovac Pool & Spa is run by the Hasic family, the fifth generation of a household dedicated to welcoming travellers on the Montenegrin coast. The property sits on a large, green plot only 250 m from the famous Velika Plaža, with fifteen fully equipped, air-conditioned apartments and rooms designed for two to five guests. Every unit has a private bathroom, a fridge, satellite television and free Wi-Fi, and the whole property is kept quiet, private and spotlessly clean.
Our guests come for the balance between calm and convenience. You are close enough to walk to the sand, to the bus stop and to the grocery shop thirty metres from the gate, yet far enough from the crowds to sleep peacefully and enjoy long, unhurried mornings by the water.
Pool, jacuzzi and shaded lounges
At the heart of the property is a generous outdoor infinity pool surrounded by sun loungers, umbrellas and pool towels, with an integrated Wellis jacuzzi for slower evenings. Stone arches, warm lighting and planted terraces frame a lounge area where guests read, share a drink or simply watch the light change over the garden after a day at the beach.
Restaurant Lovac since 1928
The oldest restaurant in Ulcinj sits at the front of the property. Breakfast is prepared to order, and through the day the kitchen serves fresh fish specialities alongside Mediterranean, Italian and local dishes, grilled meats and pizza. Generous portions, fresh ingredients and a relaxed family atmosphere make it easy to stay in for dinner.

Velika Plaža is 750 m away and the Old Town of Ulcinj about 3,5 km. Valdanos Cove with its two thousand year old olive trees lies 6 km away, the River Bojana 12 km, the prehistoric lake of Svač-Shas 15 km and Skadar Lake 35 km. Free private parking is available on site, and we are happy to arrange excursions and tours on request.
